You might be the person I'm looking for, for this Customer Service Representative role if:

You have 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Service Role.

Your language skills in German and English are in C1 level.

You have strong administrative skills.

You strive working in a multicultural environment.

what will you do

You will act as the primary contact for your own customer base.

You will be responsible for the order management ( schedule, confirm and monitor sales in cooperation with colleagues in Europe, USA and Asia).

You will answer inquiries regarding products, sales orders, lead times, shipment and services.

You will be empowered to handle and resolve complaints according to the company's guidelines.
