Customer Support - French job in Eindhoven at Setra

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job summary:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands

This role is currently an 8 month contract, with the potential of extending should the circumstances permit it. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide specialized after-sales service and personalized communication to strategic customers with a focus on the French market

Processing incoming repair and calibration work using an ERP tool.

Schedule and track outsourced calibrations or repairs to third parties.

Calculate repair and calibration price quotations and ensure that the invoices are processed in a timely manner.

Take care of customer complaints and reclamations with respect to service activities.

Establish a long-term relationship with our suppliers and customers.

Preferred experience:

A-Level qualification or equivalent in experience.

Previous experience in logistics or electronic equipment and planning environment would be preferred.

Proficiency in English and French.

Excellent digital literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
