At Booking.com, our Partner Services department engages with existing and future partners to make them successful on Booking.com. We want to provide guests with the widest choice of accommodations at the best prices. We focus on partner growth in volume and business value. To support this strategy, we are building up a new global Partner Services team: the Outbound team.

The Outbound Team will be responsible for adding support towards our Partner base from new Regional Outbound Sites. The regional sites will make partners aware of their commercial opportunities and support promotional campaigns. Within the team, we are looking for an Outbound Executive.

As an Outbound Executive in the Outbound Team, you will be responsible to proactively contact (new) partners or leads. You will be working in our dynamic, pleasant and international work environment. In this role you will be working in day shifts / regular office hours from our Berlin office. It is important that you are open, honest, willing to learn and have a strong natural appetite for outbound activities and “go the extra mile”.

This position can be based in one of our offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Munich.

We offer a hybrid home-to-office working environment and flexible working hours. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support of new accommodation partners during the registration and onboarding processes.
  • Proactive contact of new/potential accommodation partners to encourage the completion of their online registration.
  • Support, instruct and educate partners about available online tools. 
  • Delivering training by phone to new properties on how to use the Booking.com extranet, rates & availability system.
  • Contacting partners to make them aware of their business and growth opportunities to drive and maximize value.  
  • Active participation in various projects & initiatives within the team.

Skills/experience required:

  • Strong commercial awareness and good understanding of key performance drivers for partners on Booking.com.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to communicate them effectively to new or potential partners in regards to supply and demand.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
  • Experience with working in a faced paced environment. 
  • Excellent knowledge of German, Polish and English language.
  • Strong computer skills.
