Your Role

The Project Manager will be a strategic partner in the development of Teleperformance’s Trust and Safety (T&S) competencies. He/she will be responsible for boosting the development of this business line, following up on its growth and focusing on the content moderation portfolio expansion.







Responsibility

  • Expand Teleperformance Portugal competencies on content moderation;
  • Collaborate with Teleperformance T&S team;
  • Create strategy and follow up on the evolution of the T&S LOB;
  • Gather feedback from clients, analyzing it and coming up with new ideas/concepts;
  • Support the definition of business plans;
  • Boost the implementation of T&S LOB projects;
  • Train and develop skills in our operations and support function;
  • Define roadmap and timeless for developing T&S services.




Your Profile

  • Native or near native English Speaker (C1 level);
  • Experience in contact center is a plus;
  • Experience in content moderation is mandatory;
  • Experience in business development;
  • Good communication skills and Strategic mindset.
