About this opportunity

Align Technology is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the Nordic region. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with high analytical skills and 1 - 3 years’ experience in the field of Customer Service/Support roles. Fluency in English and native or near native speaker of Finnish/Swedish is required. In this position you will interact with both internal and external customers prior to and/or after sale. You develop and maintain positive customer relations. You coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. You will be based in our office in Copenhagen (Ørestad) and will report directly to the local Customer Success Lead. As the Align Nordic Support team is new, you have the opportunity to define, set-up and shape new customer experience directions for the Nordic region, together with your manager. In this role, you will… Be responsible for all post-sales operations and interactions with customers Be part of a local and EMEA team of CS Specialists – an international community where sharing best practices is a big key to success Act as the Voice of the Customer, bringing in new ideas for Continuous Improvement Act as a business partner for our customers, e.g., by providing regular (on-site) training In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree Preferable with a dental background – clinical assistant Minimum of 1-3 years of directly related experience Fluency in English and native or near native speaker of Finnish Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills To have the willingness to learn Strong analytical capabilities To be a team player To have good problem-solving skills To be able to work autonomously What we offer: A dynamic environment where you grow with our new Nordic Align team Joining a new team where we grow together Flexibility with working from the office and selected days from home.
