You probably know this company or have heard of them, but the company that you’re going to work at is H&M. A fashion company with locations over the entire globe. At the store you can find a whole selection of sustainable and trendy clothes.


Glamour, trends, runaways, the fashion industry is a fast paced world with a lot of opportunities. Have you always dreamed to be in this industry? Well this IS your chance! For our partner H&M we are looking for multiple customer service specialists with a very good understanding of the German language. So don’t hesitate and apply now!

At first you may think ‘’customer service is such a boring office job’’, well at H&M this couldn’t be further from the truth! At our headquarters in Maastricht there are many facilities that you can make use of during your shift (you can also work some days from your own living room). Such as a treadmill so you don’t have to sit all day. This is just one example of the amazing working ambience and benefits of this job.
So going back to the customer service jobs are boring statement. In you’re day as the new customer service agent, you’ll will handle a lot of different topics, such as:

  • Returns;
  • Financial issues (payments, bank inquires etc.);
  • Styling advice (suggesting different items, current trends, new collections etc);
  • Customer care (E-mail, phone or web).
    At most customer service jobs you’ll only work at one specific department but at H&M you’ll handle all things related to customer care and you’ll also advice clients about current trends or when a item is sold out for something that’s similar.

At this amazing job you can start working from 5 hours per week. Ideally if you’re still in school or are busy with other daily activities.

The starting date of this lovely job is on the 9th of May, before you can start you are required to participate in the training days. The training takes about 2 weeks and it’s from Monday to Friday.

  • You’re able to speak the German language at a Native language ;
  • You have a good understanding of the English language;
  • You can work a minimum of 5 hours per week;
  • Customer service experience is not required but is an extra plus.
