Job Description

About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz!
The position lies within the local Benelux business unit, is dedicated for our Belgiuan market and reports to the CS Manager. Developing and leveraging the relationship with internal and customers, being the point of escalation, will be your primary responsibility.

Besides this, you take ownership of:
* Driving routines to minimize CFR impact of availability issues (e.g. forward warnings)
* Responsible for providing dedicated customer support to the retained organisation in order to understand, relay and resolve concerns with regards to Genpact processes and outputs with a focus on customer experience and customer happiness.
* Works with Genpact to prioritise activities and to call out issues to Genpact Management.
* Streamlining and optimising the Customer Service and order management processes to drive flawless execution focusing on cost, quality and service to support KHC targets

Hard Skills

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
* Meaningful experience in Order Management or Customer Service related functions, including sound knowledge of logistics operations, S&OP and systems (ERP, OtC order management).
* Good computer proficiency, including experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent proficiency in French and English is an absolute must.
* Additional Dutch language skills are an advantage


* Interpersonal Skills - ability to run continues improvement across different departments and communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the business.This also includes being able to use positive language and turning a frustrating situation to a cheerful customer experience.
