German-speaking Technical Advisor in Lisbon (English) 

The role

You will solve consumer’s doubts and general inquiries while you empower your technical skills, building long-lasting relationships with clients through product support and troubleshooting.

This is your New Job in Lisbon if

- You have native level German and you are fluent in English (from B2 level)

- You have experience in Technical troubleshooting and Technical Customer Support

- You are comfortable with digital environments 

- You have excellent communication skills 

- You like helping others with their technical issues 

- You are open to learn everything about new technologies

- You can talk about technical issues in non-technical terms

- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 

- You are able to work from Monday to Sunday (8am-5pm)

Your day to day at work

- Assist German-speaking users with Pre-Sales, general Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social or social messaging channels

- Respond to inbound customer requests

- Document relevant case information 

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction 

- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone, email, chat, messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels 

- Escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support
