Our partner is a specialist in the software industry performing on a worldwide level. They deliver solutions that streamline transport, logistics supply chain operations as well as mobile workforce management.

Their core mission: providing first level end-to-end product troubleshooting and product support.

What is this job about?

As a Technical Support Specialist for German-speaking clients, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer and product experience.

Your Challenges

  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Support clients in understanding the product or service during the problem-solving process
  • Keep the CRM database up to date (documenting all issues and interactions, troubleshooting steps, providing resolutions…)
  • Collaborating with cross functional business partners such (Account Managers, Engineering, and IT) while resolving daily tasks
  • Build trust with the clients by providing solutions and updates

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: proficient level in English, German and Dutch (B2)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Customer Support environment with software products
  • Knowledge as a tachograph and understanding of telematics
  • Competence in reporting logistic problems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform in effective and efficient problem-solving
  • Outstanding Communication skills
  • Ability to perform many tasks at the same time
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and written communication

Important: For this position, you will need to relocate to Eindhoven in the Netherlands.

You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA for this position, as the company is not offering any sponsorship or working permit.
