Job description

Our client is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support specialist who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to their French customers. You will be responsible for dealing with questions via phone, chat and email in a quick/efficient way.

  • Live problem-solving through phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • You recognize fraudulent behavior and help us prevent this in the future.
  • You make sure the FAQ's stay up to date and help improve other texts.
  • You think about ways to automate processes in the Support department.
  • You make sure that mistakes from sellers are being corrected and you find ways to prevent this from happening in the future.


Requirements

Being friendly is your second nature and helping other people succeed is what you're passionate about!
In addition you:
  • Speak French at a C2 level (written and oral). In addition, you speak English fluently.
  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
  • Able to meet the high expectations from their French and English customers.
  • You are presentable and friendly while being able to hold your ground.
  • Have a keen interest in the event industry.
  • 1-2 years CS-experience in prefered. Hospitality experience (in restaurants, at events, etc.) is also possible.
  • You are friendly, client-focused and helpful.
  • Having an interest in both tech and events is a pro.


Working conditions

  • Salary: €29.160,- gross per year (inc 8% holiday allowance)
  • The company currently works in a hybrid model. In the beginning, they prefer you to be in the office as much as possible because it will be easier for you to get to know the company, the work, and the product. After the first period, it's definitely possible to work from home some days a week.
  • You will receive a direct contract with the company. The first contract will be for 7 months, with the intention to extend.

Our client is an Amsterdam based company that provides a simple and secure platform for people to buy and sell tickets. The company is expanding globally and is looking for a strong coming year in 2022. The team is very international with over 20 different nationalities. Their support team currently consists of +/- 25 team members.
