Job Description:

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a German Academy Trainer. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. In this role your main priorities will be to facilitate the German Upskill Academy; to teach customer service, company culture, and practical skills to new employees in the classroom and out on the production floor.

You'll be also expected to:

  • Empower the workforce: Provide on-the-spot training, coaching and developmental feedback to employees.
  • Facilitate German Upskill Academy: Conduct language upskill training and implement action plans for improvement of language level of employees.
  • Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports and partner with Supervisors to ensure a seamless transition. This includes summarizing developmental strengths and opportunities for each consultant individually.
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand training and development needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Set the path to success: Perform training need analysis and conduct training based on the finding. Provide insight for the improvement of individual consultant performance.
  • Impact the bottom line: Coach and give feedback to employees.


Qualifications:

Our most successful candidate will be:

  • Enthusiastic and with an appetite to learn;
  • Certified teacher in German language;
  • Intermediate in English;
  • Skilled in facilitation, training, and presentation;
  • Experienced in teaching B1 and B2 levels (preferred);
  • Passionate about helping our client grow their business.
