We are looking for a Back-Office & Legal Representative to support our airline’s legal department. Please note you will not deal with clients only with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies.

Your mission at Webhelp

At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in the business of our clients and the life of their customers. Your project is a British multinational low-cost airline company that operates domestic and international scheduled flights worldwide.

Your mission is to verify that transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights. Passengers who believe their rights under the regulation have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.

You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.

What you will be doing at Webhelp  

As a Back-Office & Legal Representative, you will:

  • Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
  • Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
  • Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.
  • What we are looking for  

    Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    We’ll be a great match if you:  

  • Are Native or Proficient German (C2)
  • Have fluency in English (B2)
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
  • For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.

    Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
