To ensure further growth of the business, you combine your excellent customer service skills with a keen commercial sense, to identify possible sales opportunities and increase the engagement of our customers. ​

We will support you in truly becoming an expert on luxury products, our tools and procedures and in providing outstanding client experiences. To contribute to team success you:​

* Have strong previous experience in offering outstanding customer support and exceeding client needs​

* Are able to communicate at a native level and with the luxury tone that fits our Maisons in Italian with additional language skills at fluent level in French, both written and oral​

* You have a positive, empathic and optimistic approach that will really engage and mesmerise our clients​

* A natural talent for rich story-telling and upholding the quality identity of our Maison
