This is a remote position.

We are looking for Customer Care Talents from Germany with excellent communication skills to join us and start working on exciting projects in the German market! TWG partnered with several international clients in different industries, on the German market where we are completing exciting Outbound projects such as Outbound Data Verification, Soft Lead Generation, Consulting, Survey taking, Event invitation and Inbound projects in the Travel and Health industries.

We are looking for you in case you have:

  • 2 years of Contact Center experience (Outbound calls, cold-calling, telemarketing or Inbound call experience for Inbound projects)

  • Strong user level of Computing Skills, Call handling tools are not a stranger to you

  • You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others

  • German is your mother tongue language

  • You have good communication skills in English

  • College or University Degree is an advantage

  • Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)

  • RAM: 4 GB RAM upwards

  • Available Storage: 10Gb minimum

  • Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080

  • Microsoft Windows: 8.1 or 10 or

  • Mac OSX: 10.14.* upwards​
