You will play a key role in working with our prospects to understand their business goals and operational processes and pains. You will prepare and conduct detailed product demonstrations across the client stakeholder base, typically to managers and recruitment process owners. By building a trusted advisor relationship with our prospects, you will expertly communicate the value of our products and services and help define the technical proposal that will help them meet their stated objectives.
As a Solutions Consultant, a typical day might include: - In collaboration with the Account Executive, collect and qualify the client’s business requirements through discovery meetings- Prepare and deliver end to end product demonstrations aligned to the client’s specific business needs- Position Bullhorn’s product value, while differentiating against the competition- Assist with functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs- Collaborate with our Professional Services or Solutions Integrator Partners to define and capture the implementation project scope- Work with our marketplace partners to understand their offerings and how our combined capabilities can deliver a superior client experience- Attend customer events to help promote our products and services.
This might be the role for you if: - Have 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a Presales, Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineering position or have experience in a customer centric environment with a keen interest in moving into a Presales role - Bilingual in Dutch and English is mandatory- You have a Bachelor's degree. A degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred, but not essential.- You have consulting ability and good client presentation skills- You have discovery skills to learn business pain, identify opportunities and build credibility with customers- You have good technical acumen and a desire to learn about our the Bullhorn product suite and supporting technology- Experience working with web-based, Software as a Service (Saas) applications.
