Customer Representative based in Lisbon (German Market)

The company

Your profile

- Mother tongue German

- Fluent in English

- You are friendly, thoughtful and real

- Curious, problem solver and good listener


- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months

- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months

- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months

Your responsibilities

- Offer support for restaurants, private customers and couriers;

- Active contact through outbound calls to restaurants to start cooperation (onboarding);

- Support for using the tablet and the app, creating a restaurant profile and optimizing sales;

- Uploading menus and ensuring accurate data entry;

- Support restaurants with any further inquiries;

- Assisting the customer with questions about the order, delivery time, quality of the food, incomplete deliveries and any other inquiries;

- Support the couriers with different queries (wrong or inaccurate addresses, non-availability of the customer, and more).

Provide support for customers from sunny Lisbon and receive an extensive training and coaching sessions that will make you gain valuable experience to succeed in practically any job!
