who are you

As a customer service representative, your aim is to make your customers happy. Having to face complex situations while communicating with clients (B2B), you will have to show your creative skills.

• Your command of the German language is on a near-native level as well as English;
• Your problem-solving skills put a smile on your customer's faces;
• You have a positive attitude and like to be involved in your role;
• You are friendly and always willing to help.

what will you do

Your mission is to answer questions and solve problems for your customers who have bought furniture through the platform. To succeed in this, you will:

• Deal with customers through emails, phone, and chat;
• Inform customers/clients about their purchase status (deliveries, general information, returns, etc.);
• Complete a variety of administrative tasks.

where will you work

In your role of customer service representative, you will contribute to building one of the newest marketplaces for the interior furnishing sector.
