What is this job about?

In this position as Country Manager for the Dutch market, your main goal will be to open this market and grow business to the max!

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for implementing market strategy, with the aim of reaching profit and revenue targets.

Your challenges

  • Research the Dutch market and implement market and sales strategies accordingly
  • Communicate daily with clients
  • Lead the establishment and management of the subsidiary
  • Manage your sales team and lead training and mentoring sessions
  • Ensure that your team reaches their profit, revenue and cash & quality targets

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an upper-intermediate level (B2+) in English
  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch market
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling to HR Teams (ideally SaaS or Services)
  • Has a HR network in the Netherlands
  • Knowledge of company benefits (ticket restaurants, team building activities, onboarding…)
  • Knowledge of multichannel prospection strategy (including cold calling)
  • Ability to communicate with C-level Professionals
  • Ability to recruit staff and monitor their performance
  • Strong digital & analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs

Important: For this position you need to relocate to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
