We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Greek, Hebrew or Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Mediterranean B2B clients, while maintaining a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Greek, Hebrew or Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Mediterranean B2B clients, while maintaining a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in Greek/Hebrew/Turkish. A fluent level of English is also required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our client's products and services
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
Requirements
- Candidates should have a work permit for the Netherlands
- Fluent in Greek/Hebrew/Turkish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customer service software
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
