What are you going to do?

As a German & English speaking Junior Debt Collection Officer at TKB, you handle inbound telephone traffic and contact debtors (both B2B and private individuals) to make payment arrangements. This means that you communicate with clients and debtors regarding outstanding invoices. You process all activities in the internal systems and you report your progress to your manager. You also give advice and consult with the Credit Manager about customer files.

You do not work alone! You will work in the Debt Collection department within an International team with more than 20 different nationalities. They work hard and laugh with each other, enjoy working together and (virtually) have a drink every now and then. The lines are short and we are there for each other. This applies not only within the Collection Department, but for the entire organization. Together with your colleagues from the Debt Collection team, you start the week with a weekly start in which the discussion points and improvement actions are discussed. Furthermore, you close each day with your team to discuss how the day went and look ahead to the next day. Your workplace is easily accessible by public transport, but provisions have now also been made for working from home. Finally, we are located in a beautiful office with a beautiful view over Amsterdam.

We start with a fixed-term contract. Our intention is of course to enter into a sustainable employment relationship. So if the match is mutual, we renew towards an indefinite contract.

We offer a nice starting salary of 2300 gross per month based on 40 hours, travel allowance, a representative lease car with the first assignment, work from home allowance and an associated modern pension scheme. We also have an attractive lease bicycle scheme, if you prefer to come by bicycle instead of public transport or by car.

Of course we provide a laptop with which you can work both at the office and at home.
