responsibilities

include:
  • Handling customer requests by phone, email, and web for the European market, responding to day-to-day needs.
  • Following up with customers in response to customer satisfaction survey results.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity goals are met.
  • Your team:

    The Technical Support team includes 12 members from different nationalities who are dedicated to supporting our customers and providing a high-quality service. While some of us are based in Eindhoven and others work remotely from abroad, we like to stay connected and support each other in our daily tasks. We are committed to what we do and enjoy celebrating our successes together!

    Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in experience.
  • One year of work experience in Customer Support or equivalent experience in a similar industry and position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French
  • Personal skills:

  • Positive mentality combined with a high level of motivation and a problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different departments and job functions within the organization.
  • Become comfortable with consistent change – agility/adaptability is key!
