An excellent position has opened for a bright German speaking Customer Service Representative to be part of an inspiring multinational fashion organisation based in Nottingham! You will be providing exceptional customer service and be part of a dynamic work environment within a successful company. This is a full-time position to work from home (WFH) with remote onboarding to eventually work at the client's modern office in Nottingham when safe to do so.
Your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with a wide range of customers across the German market
Providing first-class customer support
Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
Ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to in a timely manner
About you:
It is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken as you will be dealing with various clients/customers, and you are also required to have strong language skills in German to a native level. Profile:
Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience working in a customer support, customer service or client support role, or any office-based experience is desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
Able to commute to Nottingham or able to relocate
