Job description

You will be working with Marketing, the Sales Organisation, and other Business Development Representatives on various strategies to make sure that we will always get a foot in the door of key accounts and enterprise clients. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger sales team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of tech sales in a fast-growing environment of a scale-up.

Collaborating closely with Marketing on periodic campaigns, you will be helping to craft effective strategies to target specific accounts and markets. But, that's not all. You will also actively qualify interested opportunities leveraging the power of solutions selling. You will be the very first contact for our new clients who will later become our biggest enterprise champions.

Who you are:

  • You have a strong desire to pursue a career in Sales
  • You are ambitious and prepared to put in the hours to deliver top-end results for our sales team
  • You are a team player who is unfazed in handling conversations with senior stakeholders
  • You are results-driven
  • You are fluent in German and English ; any additional languages you speak will be a strong plus
  • SaaS experience is a strong advantage
  • CRM Experience; Hubspot, Salesforce etc. is an advantage
  • You have a proven ability to exceed KPIs in previous (ideally BDR/SDR) positions
