Talent Acquisition Specialist with Norwegian 100% Remote job in Haarlem at Page Personnel

Job Description

• Developing an in-depth understanding of the job opening
• Building effective search strategies for each role
• Active sourcing for niche and specialist roles using various portfolio of tools e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing
• Interpreting resourcing plans, define role requirements and developing innovative sourcing techniques (networking, headhunting, engaging passive talent)
• Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability for the role
• Managing clients' expectations via direct contact with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Direct contact with the Client and Internal Stakeholders
• Active participation in briefing calls with Hiring Managers
• Supporting Healthcare and other roles for the client's business
• Producing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
• Ensuring constant flow of most relevant candidates for each opening
• Undertaking market research and mapping projects

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods
• Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels
• Experience in working with recruitment systems (ATSs) would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
• Fluency in Norwegian both written and spoken is a must
• Brining new ideas, out-of-the box approach and creativity is well welcomed
• Can-do attitude
• Working in the offshore Team of roughly 10 people, located in different European countries
