Fixed-Term Full-Time

Work for Expedia in GERMAN (Lisbon Based)

The company

Work for an online travel shopping company for consumer and small business travel. Its websites, include, Vrbo,,, Orbitz, Travelocity, trivago and and provide access to exclusive savings on hotels, flights, cars, and travel for the ultimate travel experience.

Your responsibilities

- Quick and effective assistance with inquiries regarding hotel bookings

- Receive complaints and solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings

- Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns

- Provide helpful and effective service in case customers need support during their trip

- Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network.

Your profile

- Mother tongue German 

- Fluent in English (from level B2) 

- Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains)

- Available to work on the project  between 7h00 and 21h00 (possibly weekend)

- Knowledge of MS Office and common internet applications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months

- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months

- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
