Job Description is looking for an HR Administrator & Payroll Specialist, that can support our employees in France.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Management of day by day HR Administration activities, guaranteeing that processes are timely and correct
  • Coordinating the document/information flow between the company and external stakeholders such as payroll providers, institutions
  • Being a reference point for employees, supporting them in HR Administration issues
  • Checking and managing time cards: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
  • Maintaining the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks


Skills and Experience


  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR Administration & Payroll teams in dynamic and structured companies
  • At least 1-year experience in Payroll, focus on France Employees
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation  
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Degree Business Administration, HR or similar


  • Great command of Excel and strong attitude towards numbers and data analysis
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactivity and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at all level and high level of reliability
  • Good team player
  • Open minded attitude and curiosity towards new ways to enhance the quality of existing processes
