who are you

Who are you, as the perfect candidate for this customer service representative position?

• You are fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) so on a C1-C2 level, and you speak French on at least a B1-B2 level;
• You have proven experience with database search and internet technology;
• You have previous experience within a customer support role;
• You possess a high level of initiative and self motivation;
• You are good at getting to the bottom of a problem and find a (creative) solution

what will you do

What you will be doing as a customer service representative:

• You will manage multiple customer engagements concurrently;
• You will use situational, technical, proposition and solution knowledge to provide support to our external customers;
• You will answer technical questions and conduct tailored product demonstrations of all product features to prospects via phone and email;
• You will be a part of cross department collaborations to test and deliver product solutions.
