What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for all inbound activity , including following up on Marketing-generated leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers and qualify opportunities to ensure needs and solution align.
  • Appropriately route Leads to Inside Sales, Mid-Market, or Enterprise Account teams
  • Set up discovery meetings for Inside Sales Representatives and Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Effectively update and manage Salesforce.com with leads, opportunities and accounts, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
  • Maintain close relationships with Inside Sales Representatives and Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Research, identify, and prioritise target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and org/account mappings to support the Enterprise Business Development Org.
  • Acquire, update and maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the Enterprise BD team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly identified.
  • Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required.
  • Strategise with Scandit sales management  to improve sales processes and find new, innovative ways to generate pipeline
