Since 2016 every truck driver who passes the Belgium border is obligated to pay toll. In your job as a customer service representative you will support (by phone, chat and email) truck drivers with all the activities regarding the toll, such as the registration of vehicle papers, ordering the measurement device (OBU) located in their truck, as well as the payment of the toll itself.

what will you do

You will be the first point of contact for the transport companies as the truck drivers (national and international). Conversations will be short but effective. The opening hours for the project are 24/7.

  • You will answer question about orders or deliveries for the 'on board unit'
  • You will answer questions about the payments or error messages on the 'on board unit'
  • You will check if the papers of the truck are correct
where will you work

You will work in the customer service center at Majorel Maastricht. There is a 2 week full time training. After the training period, you should be able to work from home, regarding the teambonding you will work from the office on a regular basis.
