Sales support | German speaking job in Utrecht at Next Station

Our partner is a wholesale company for smartphone & tablet parts that help repairers bring devices back to life.

Their core mission: making customers life easier and fun, not only by producing their product but also providing all related support.

In this role as Sales Support for Germany, your goal is to provide excellent sales support to customers via telephone, whatsapp and e-mail.

On a daily basis, you work most closely with the sales department, but also with the logistics and purchasing departments.

• Provide great customer support to all German speaking clients
• Provide support to the Sales team in finding new prospects and scoring reviews
• Manage and support all the tasks for account manager for germany
• Plan and schedule customer visits
• Manage the returns process for submitted requests and make sure this process runs smoothly
• Be the first point of contact for partner visits, pick-up orders and package receipt
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
