Fraud Analyst | German job in Barneveld at Undutchables Recruitment Agency

Do you speak German, and are you interested in the Banking industry? Then i'm looking for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering excellent service on behalf of the client to the customer.
- Answering all kinds of questions the customer may have.
- Analyzing/investigate possible fraudulence transactions within your clients accounts.
- Follow lined out escalation procedures, and deal with all communication between client and customer.
- Keep a clear and neat administration.

Requirements

This is what we expect from you:

- You speak German on a C2/C1 level and are fluent in English or Dutch
- Great administration skills
- Experience with working in a client facing role is a plus
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Part time is not a problem, but you should at least be available for 24 hours a week
- You have to be customer minded and have an analytical mindset.
- Sometimes you have to work in the weekend and working hours are between 8:00 and 20:00

You will be part of a great international team and will work in a beautiful office with canteen and lounge facilities.
Important to know: salary will be 16 euro/hour, and you will start working via Undutchables.

Salary from: €2400,- Salary to: €2750,-
