Accounts Payable - German speaking job in Amsterdam at Page Personnel

As a Shared Services Centre (SSC) Accounts Payable Specaslist, you will be responsible for:

• Accountability for AP operations and demonstrating excellent customer service and support to the business.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners, establishing yourself as point contact for all day-to-day matters.
• Prepare complete & accurate monthly AP reconciliations, with an emphasis on taking preventing measures, so that payables don't exceed their due date.
• Ensure invoice workflows comply with company policies and procedures and VAT is correctly inputted.

The successful candidate will need the following requirements:

• Education of bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or Business related studies
• 5 years of working experience, ideally in a large AP department
• Experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage
• Excellent communications in English, German speakers would be highly advantaged
• Experience working with ERP systems, (either Oracle, Sage, SAP etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to strict deadlines
• Hands-on, pro-active and dedicated
