Customer Service Employee French
You will have a divers position as a Customer Service Employee. Building a good relationship with your customers will be the central point within your job. Next to that, you are responsible for the following tasks:
• You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers
• To advise customers and inform them about products/deliveries
• Monitoring the (logistic) order process
• Format, process and check documentsk
• Analyzing problems and resolve them
• Introduce ideas for the improvement of processes
Vereisten
To strenthen the Customer Service Team, we are looking for a proactive and customer oriented candidate. Hopefully, you will also match the following profile:
• Equivalent of Associates/Bachelor’s degree, such as Dutch MBO+ / HBO
• Fulltime available (40 hours)
• Preferably 1 year of recently experience with B2B contact
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, including a good knowledge of the Dutch language
• Working with various systems isn’t a problem for you
