Workinghours
In this full-time function youwill be working between Monday and Sunday. The working hoursare as follows.

  • Morning:Monday-Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
  • Afternoon: Monday-Wednesday (10 a.m.– 7 p.m.) andSaturday-Sunday (9 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.)
  • Evening: Monday-Friday (12 p.m. – 9 p.m.)

Your daily ride
For Lynk& Co this is all about thinking outside of the box andcreating wow-experiences. In therole of customer service agent you will be in constant contact withLynk & Co customers. Most contact takes place via chat, socialmedia and e-mail. Computer skills, empathy and a customer-friendlyattitude are essential for this job! With these qualities youanswer all customer anduser questions quickly and in a customer-friendlyway.

What’s init for you?

  • Grosssalary of €2.396,- per month
  • Reimbursement oftravel costs of €0.19 per kilometre, starting from tenkilometre with a maximum of 50 kilometres single journey
  • Full-time job of 38 hours a week
  • Adirect contract at Lynk&co  
  • Ajob for a longer period of time
Functie-eisen
  • An mbo or EQF level 3 degree orhigher
  • At least two years of experience workingas a customer service agent, call centre agentor similar
  • Availability of 38 hours perweek
  • Excellent command of German and goodcommand of English, because of contact with German- andEnglish-speaking customers
  • Willingness to work inshifts
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but notmandatory


If you’re able to speak Swedish,French, Spanish and/or Italian, that’s a great bonus, but it’s notmandatory! You also preferably live in or near Maastricht,Valkenburg, Heerlen or Geleen.
