Employment agency Manpower is lookingfor Spanish-speaking customer service specialists for Dow inTerneuzen.

Within your roleyou’ll be providing customers with the answers they are waitingfor. The customer comes first, whether you are simply answeringquestions, helping them with practical tips or solving problems. Issomething unclear to you? No problem! Without any hesitation youare able to get the answer by continuing to ask after the problemand contacting various functions with Dow. That way your answercovers the customer’s question from A to Z. Yourresponsibilities summarized:
  • Collecting marketintelligence and analyzing customer needs
  • Executing order entry processes and leading orderfulfilment processes for given business
  • Overseeing customer account activity, includingaddressing issues and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring optimal service levels according to businesspriorities
  • Determining commercial strategieswith customers across multiple businesses
  • Following up on orders and guiding these through theSupply Chain partners to ensure maximum customersatisfaction
  • Differentiating between Dowcapabilities and customer requirements

What’s in it for you?
  • Gross salary between €2,600.- and €3,200.- permonth
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses at€0.19 per kilometre and full reimbursement of Westerschelde tunnelexpenses (maximum of 75 kilometres will be reimbursed)

  • Excellent command of both Spanish and English (both atleast C1-level according to the Common European Framework ofReference for Languages)
  • Availability of 40hours per week
  • A Dutch work permit that isvalid for at least nine months or EU-citizenship
  • A certificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag orVOG) that shows you have not committed any criminaloffences
  • Ability to work with new technologiesand tools
  • Preferably, some experience incustomer service or with SAP and CRM

Living in or near Terneuzen, Hoek,Middelburg or Bergen op Zoom is a bonus, but notmandatory!
