What is this job about?
In this position as Business Development Manager for the DACH market, you will join a highly motivated team responsible for acquiring big, local and international clients. You will act as the main point of contact for C-level professionals.
On a daily basis, you will take charge of the sales cycle from prospecting to close. On top of this, you will cooperate closely with the Delivery Manager, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality.
Your challenges
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close!
- Prospect clients via multichannel communication
- Communicate effectively with C-Level Professionals (over the phone, videoconference), with the aim of establishing strong, long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise client acquisition
- Communicate internally in the company
- Act as the liaison between the company and the client throughout the negotiation of the contract
What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: C2 level in German and a C1 level in English
- 3-5 years of experience working in Business Development
- Minimum 2 years of experience communicating with C-level professionals
- Understanding of procure-to-pay
- Strong negotiation skills
