Our Recruitment Team is responsible for identifying and connecting with talented candidates around the world and guiding them through our various recruitment stages. Our Recruiters ensure that we have the right match for all open positions while offering a best-in-class candidate experience and act as ambassadors of the 5CA brand. As a Recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to speak to people from all over the world and experience all sorts of cultures first-hand, all the while searching for the best talent to join our 5CA family. You will also work very closely with other supporting departments such as HR, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), and Operations to ensure that we find the best candidates for our job openings.
