Job description

You would be responsible for financial accounts payable activities.

Responsabilities:

In charge of financial, administrative and clerical support of a company

Responsible for invoice preparation, scanning and uploading in the system

Report to the Senior GL Accountant

Support in the Teasury report

Management of expense report and travel expenses

Requirements

Accounting diploma or degree

Work experience of at least 1-2 years post degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Experience in Exact Globe and SAP CONCUR would be a plus

Fluent in English is essential French

Effective communication

Established track record of producing high quality work that demonstrates attention to detail

Working conditions

This is a long term position

The salary is a range of € 42.000-46.000 annual gross (incl. 8% and 13th month)

All employees are also eligible to participate to company's performance and reward scheme

The start date: ASAP

This is a full time position, 37,5 hours per week. However, it is possible to have 32 hours

The company has a hybrid model working

Salary from: €42000,- Salary to: €46000,-
