Our client is a recruitment search company operating in the IT industry and is actively looking to add a German or Dutch speaking Recruitment Consultant to their successful international team. The company offers a rewarding and challenging position with international exposure and a rapid path to progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire candidate side of the recruitment process, hunting, interviewing and placing candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Placing candidates successfully in relevant vacancies
  • Managing several recruitment projects at any given time

    • About you:

    The role requires the use of excellent communication and people skills and fluency in both German/Dutch and English, as you will be dealing with international requirements from a wide array of companies across the EMEA and beyond. This is a highly profitable role that offers huge reward for driven Consultants with their excellent commission system where you earn commission from the first placement onwards.

    Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German or Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Candidate Consultant, Sales Executive or Business Developer in the IT recruitment industry
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build close relationships
  • A high achiever who is eager to exceed targets
  • Available to start on short notice and preferably already local
