  Managing sales order fulfillment process, including o rder processing in SAP;
• Managing order delivery process;
• Pro-actively manage commercial relationships with customers in Europe in close cooperation with sales department
• First point of contact for any customer request/complaint via email or phone;
• Take care of necessary changes in the system (customer information, items, prices, promotion, etc.) to enable a smooth sales order fulfilment process;
• Project related and ad hoc tasks to improve your personal and team performance towards the customers;

• You are available immediately for 1 year full time;
• You have at least MBO work and thinking ability;
• You have at least 2/3 years of similar work experience, preferably in an international setting
• You speak fluent English and German, both written and oral;
• You are highly communicative and work with a pro-active attitude;
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus;
