NN Investment Partners’ Legal department is looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in the field of contract law and preferably privacy! Your responsibilities

As Legal Counsel Contract law, your key responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of contracts in the field of IT, data vendor, research, procurement and trading platforms. Advising on data protection and privacy matters is a plus.

As a subject matter expert, you will partner with the business and lead negotiations on several types of contracts which bear high visibility for our business, communicate and align with internal stakeholders such as Vendor Management, Trading and Compliance. You take care of adequate progress control of negotiations and compliance with the internal policies and processes relating to contractual documentation.
