We are looking to welcome a French speaking expert into our team to focus on Order Management. 

As an Order Management Specialist you will focus on managing all the Customer Service activities for our Business Partners prodominently over email. 

Your day to day 

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer accounts on daily operational matters
  • Processing orders, returns, monitoring backlog, resolving operational issues and complaints handling 
  • Cooperating with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics, finance) 
  • Providing active sales support to the field sales team and Managers Channel Operations
  • Reviewing current processes and contributing to optimize them 
  • Supporting other departments when needed 
  • Completing assigned projects 
  • Call Handling (inbound and outbound) 
  • What you bring to the team 

  • Fluency in English and French, German is a Bonus
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or order management 
  • Customer Focus 
  • People oriented and a team player attitude 
  • Ability to manage own time
  • Ability to work remotely and with limited supervision
  • Strong commercial affinity
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure
