Role Overview

You will develop and nurture a pipeline of prospects from a range of lead generation channels, outline the benefits of our service, and negotiate commercial arrangements that are mutually beneficial. About Uncapped

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides business advances of between £10K and £5M without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest -- and makes money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue. Uncapped has raised $120 million from investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

Requirements

What you will do ✍️
  • Follow up on qualified leads with interested parties, outline the benefits of our service, and negotiate commercial arrangements that are mutually beneficial
  • Develop and nurture an investment pipeline, providing accurate flow predictions and leveraging our CRM system effectively
  • Spot new opportunities and identify ways to introduce our network of partners to support our portfolio of customers and Founders
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for new products and market conditions to understand the needs in the ecosystem
  • Become a subject matter expert on the investment options facing customer, and how these compare with Uncapped
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of sales-related systems, processes, and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity
  • Train our less experienced team members on our product and service offerings
  • Lead by example to create an inspiring team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued as we deliver positive impact to customers

Who You Are
  • You have experience in sales or partnerships in Germany and/or DACH
  • You are interested in the high-growth businesses ecosystem, specifically ecommerce, SaaS and D2C business models (or are a fast learner)
  • Working knowledge of a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce would be ideal
  • You have excellent analytical skills tempered with a sense of commerciality, business focus and strong administration skills
  • You are a natural people person: charismatic, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt your communication style to your audience
  • You are an extremely good communicator in English and German (verbal and written) and comfortable working across different cultures
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills; acute attention to detail
