During your work as areceivable specialist you can expect to issue sales adjustments forcustomers. Of course you will work according to businessagreements and standards, and you take great care to finish yourwork within a timely manner. In short, when it comes to invoices,you will be Dow’s main point of contact! You will also take care ofthe following tasks:

• Collecting near-dueinvoices
• Identifying expiring payment agreements or otheraged items
• Reviewing root cause analyses in cooperation withthe team lead and work progress coach
• Investigating customerpayment behaviors
