Your Role

Working on our facilities in Lisbon, the IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensuring all the contact center activity, providing remote and direct technical support to internal clients and assisting on the implementation of new projects.







Responsibility

  • Responsible for field IT issues on each of the Teleperformance sites;
  • Resolution of tickets assigned by the 1st Line (more complex cases or that resolution cannot be performed remotely).
  • Responsible for IT local support:

– More advanced troubleshooting;

– Software installation;

– IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change);

– Project start-ups;





Your Profile

  • High Scholl degree (preferred in Technological field);
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Proven experience as field service representative;
  • Good understanding of hardware and software installation and configuration;
  • Experience using and troubleshooting applications;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft based operations systems;
  • Knowledge of software distribution;
  • Accustomed to using and troubleshooting mobile tools and applications;
  • Achievement oriented and Analytical ability;
  • Customer oriented, Interpersonal skills and Problem solving.
  • Availability to work between 07:00h – 22:00h.
