The role

Together with your colleagues at the Customer Delight Team, you’ll provide first-class customer support to help business clients to make the best possible use of their marketing presence on the social network.

This is your new job in Lisbon if

- You are advanced in German and fluent in English (oral and written)

- You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00 (160h /month)

- You are happy to work in shifts (you will be assigned a daily working time of 8 hours with a break of one hour and you will be informed of your work schedule in advance)

Your day to day at work

- Process inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email and live chat

- Outbound callbacks by phone and proactive contact with all customers who have previously contacted the platform customer service via other channels like chat or email

- Offer independent and proactive customer solutions thanks to your product knowledge

- Advice, train and support the customer before and after the purchase of company services on Social Media and WhatsApp

- Solve technical problems like advertising, technical errors, questions about pixel and catalogs

- Process payments and billing issues


- Intensive training at the beginning of your new job to get an insight into your future field of work, including 

software systems for electronic data processing, comprehensive product training, customer relationship management and telephone advice

- Renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months and subsequent extension for a further 12 months

- Possibility of permanent contract after 24 months

- Private health insurance from the signature of the employment contract

- 22 days of Vacation+public holidays (If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will receive an additional day of leave)

- Your workplace is a modern call center where the German-speaking customer service is carried out. 

- Your office is in the City Center branch, Edificio Marconi

- For international candidates coming from abroad: relocation package including pick-up from the airport and administrative support for your integration in Portugal, subsequent reimbursement of flight costs, free annual flight home, accommodation in a room in a Lisbon company apartment, free Portuguese courses, water sports and much more
