Your Profile

- You are mother tongue German and proficient in English (B2)

- You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts

- You have interest and passion for Social Media

- Six months of previous experience in customer service

Your Responsibilities

- Process inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email and live chat

- Offer independent and proactive customer solutions

- Advice, train and support the customer before and after the purchase of services 

- Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.
