Job description Supporting Program Manager with on boarding of new participants. Tracks participants with Learning Management Systems and Zoom. Assist production of online working sessions. Distribute weekly communication to all program participants. Maintaining company Website and Social Media. Together with the Content Director collecting the content and social media templates, Ensure contributors are confirmed, briefed and prepared for the online sessions. Evaluate KPI and optimize the company growth. Plan external events. Lead the Organization and Production of webinar. Such as arranging preparation calls, Manage Zoom meetings and create transcript, podcast and video recording and upload it to Social media.
Requirements
Strong written and communication skills in English. Experience in Marketing or Administrative role. An Affinity for Marketing & Events management and tech-savvy head. Detail oriented and Multi task with availability to prioritize from a large volume of tasks. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Commercial and proactive mindset. Able to work at Office in Amsterdam everyday.
Working conditions
Your first contract will be a temporary contract with Undutchables Recruitment Agency for minimum 520 worked hours and possibility to extend direct contract with our client (depending on performance); This is a Full-Time job, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Salary up to € 42.000 gross per year including 8% holiday money. Travel Expenses Pension Health care Salary from: €3000,-
