Description
We are currently looking for a Fashion Advisor with native level of English.
Main tasks
-Attend customer posts in Social Networks.
-Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
-Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
-Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
-To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
-Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
-Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
We offer
-Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term contract
-Schedule: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 21:00 1 or 2 Saturdays per month 10:00 - 19:00
-Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.440 Euros gross/year in bonus
Personal abilities:
-Excellent writing and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a team.
-Ability to work on own initiative.
-Ability to adapt to different situations and needs.
-Problem solving and quality oriented.
Requirements
-Native level of English, Spanish is a plus
-Goal and customer service oriented
-Deep knowledge of Social Media Platforms
-Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
-Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
-Marketing studies is a plus
