What You’ll be Doing :

As a Internal Controls Coordinator, you will identify various gaps and corrective actions in order to help re-design and improve the performance of the activities carried out by operations. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll :

  • Conduct investigation on identified process and policy discrepancies;
  • Collaborate with other teams form the organization to Identify gaps and agree on corrective actions;
  • Work actively with the Contentious Improvement Lead to implement corrective actions;
  • Work actively with the Business Analyst to collect needed information for identified process and policy discrepancies;
  • Management of the relationship with stakeholders;
  • Regular activities status reporting and communication to stakeholders and sponsors.

  • Service management (e.g. ITIL) certifications are a strong advantage;
  • Process design and improvement knowledge is an advantage;
